1. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we will resolve it for you.

- Send your order number along with clear photos or video of the damage

- Full refund if item is badly damaged

2. Wrong or Missing Item

- Contact us within 15 days of delivery
- Send your order number and a photo of what you received
Resolution:
- Wrong item — full refund or replacement
- Missing parts that affect product use — replacement sent
- Missing parts that do not affect product use — partial refund or missing part sent
3. Item Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window of 7 - 15 business days, please contact us.
Important:
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it — please first check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office
- If tracking shows Alert (wrong address, unclaimed, refused etc.) — please contact your local post office immediately as the package may be held there
- If package is confirmed lost — full refund or re-shipment
4. Delayed Orders
