1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will resolve it for you.

2. Wrong or Missing Item

• Send your order number and a photo of what you received

Resolution:

• Wrong item — full refund or replacement
• Missing parts that affect product use — replacement sent
• Missing parts that do not affect product use — partial refund or missing part sent

3. Item Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window of 7 - 15 business days, please contact us.

Important:

• If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it — please first check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office
• If tracking shows Alert (wrong address, unclaimed, refused etc.) — please contact your local post office immediately as the package may be held there
• If package is confirmed lost — full refund or re-shipment

4. Delayed Orders
