1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will resolve it for you.

What to do:

• Contact us within 15 days of delivery
• Send your order number along with clear photos or video of the damage

Resolution:

• Full refund if item is badly damaged
• Partial refund or replacement if item is partially damaged

2. Wrong or Missing Item

What to do:

• Contact us within 15 days of delivery
• Send your order number and a photo of what you received

Resolution:

• Wrong item — full refund or replacement
• Missing parts that affect product use — replacement sent
• Missing parts that do not affect product use — partial refund or missing part sent

3. Item Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window of 7 - 15 business days, please contact us.

Important:

• If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it — please first check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office
• If tracking shows Alert (wrong address, unclaimed, refused etc.) — please contact your local post office immediately as the package may be held there
• If package is confirmed lost — full refund or re-shipment

4. Delayed Orders

Occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order tracking has shown no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before processing begins
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
