3. Item Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window of 7 - 15 business days, please contact us.
Important:
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it — please first check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office
- If tracking shows Alert (wrong address, unclaimed, refused etc.) — please contact your local post office immediately as the package may be held there
- If package is confirmed lost — full refund or re-shipment
4. Delayed Orders
